Introducing Dialpad

Dear Clients,

We're thrilled to announce that starting February 8th, 2024, Bright Line CPA will be adopting Dialpad, our new phone and SMS platform! This launch is part of our commitment to enhance the way we communicate and provide support to you. 

What is Dialpad? 

Dialpad is a secure, cloud-based communication system designed to streamline our phone and SMS interactions. It enables our team to efficiently manage calls and messages, ensuring we're always here when you need us. 

How Dialpad works

Reaching out is easy: simply call or text us at our new number, (902) 500-2196. Whether you prefer to speak directly with our team or leave a voicemail. We strive to respond within 48 hours. Please note that this is our only phone number going forward. All calls, voicemails, and texts to previous or personal numbers will not be answered.  

Service Plan Details (Please refer to your contract to determine which plan you fall under) 

  • Bright Line Plans: Access to phone, SMS support, and email support. 

  • Centre Line Plans: Email, and SMS support 

  • Starting Line Plans: Please use email for communication; phone inquiries will be directed back to email support. 

Our Internal Team Communication 

To serve you better, we operate as a team. This approach ensures that you receive accurate and prompt information, regardless of who answers your call or message. 

Important Updates for You 

  • New Contact Number: Please update your records to our new number, (902) 500-2196, and discard any previous individual team member numbers. These numbers will no longer respond to client inquiries. 

  • Response Times: We strive to respond to clients within 48 hours.  

  • Business Hours: We're available from 9 AM to 5 PM ADT. Messages received after hours will be addressed in the order they were received the following business day. 

Our Preferred Contact Method 

While Dialpad enhances our phone and SMS capabilities, email remains the most effective way to reach us. This ensures we can thoroughly review your client file and collaborate internally to provide the best support possible. Emails are answered within 48 business hours. 

Your Privacy 

Your confidentiality is our top priority. All communications through Dialpad (Inbound, and outbound) are securely recorded for internal use only, ensuring your information remains private and protected.
